I designed & implemented a full funnel for Unverpackt für alle, which was primarily aimed at effectiveness. The focus was on creating a structure for the acquisition & maintenance of returning customers with high lifetime value & increasing their number through new customers in the further course.
Initially, in addition to some ads & setting up the data infrastructure, I therefore mainly took care of setting up the email marketing, accompanied the social media presence & improved the UI/UX of the website. I familiarised myself with WordPress & took on the position of webmaster.
We quadrupled the number of email subscribers & built up a loyal customer base. Since the Ukraine crisis hit, we have been able to increase turnover by an average of 42.74% & at peak times even by 93.14%.
